The test setup shown in the video demonstrates 3D bin picking as an example. The greatest challenge for successful automatic picking lies in the error-free position detection of the components. Unsorted components are detected and sorted using 3D camera-guided picking. The camera technology used by KEYENCE enables fast teaching of components as well as integrated path control of the robot. The high quality of the system components is the basis for a highly available automation.
