The round about 130 employees work daily on the ideas and solutions for injection molds and highly innovative machines. Johannes Dünnes, IT- and quality manger, explains: “For a product, that needs to be produced a million times, the VWH GmbH will build the perfect solution.” The experience of more than 50 Years of high-tech mold making not only enables the development of new products, it also enables the progress of the company. “Right now, we are planning a plant enlargement”, tells the managing partner. Simultaneous a high-speed internet access is implemented. In the era of real time data exchange its essential for making business. For VWH the increase of internet speed makes web meetings possible. “Strong business relationships can only be archived with personal contact. Because of the global costumer framework real meets nearly impossible to conduct. With the web meeting possibility, we increase the communication competence to our customers”, says Sturm.

Managing Director Thomas Sturm proudly says: "In the entire history of the company, no task has ever been surrendered. The plants are running and the customers are coming back." For VWH GmbH, Herschbach is both, a location and a home. Not only because the company settled here as early as 1962. The majority of the employees are at home in the Westerwald.
