01. general information

The employee survey conducted by VWH GmbH met with a very good response.

A total of 87 employees took part in the survey and made intensive use of the opportunity to provide written explanations. The extremely constructive explanations prove that many of the interviewees invested a great deal of time and attention in answering the questions.

02. factors influencing job satisfaction

Exceptionally many respondents - more than 90% - show a very high level of satisfaction with their work - this is a remarkably good result.

Also the question about the factors, which provide for satisfaction, results in a clear picture: Particularly value is estimated here the „rich variety“, it is for more than half of all asked ones (52%) the most important argument. It is also estimated that work offers exciting "challenges" again and again. The possibility of working "autonomously" or "independently" also plays a major role when it comes to factors that ensure job satisfaction ...
